The International Youth Work Trainers Guild together with partners are developing an online platform for professional development and appraisal of trainers. After success of the 1st webinar about practices of using 360º assessment (view webinar recordings and results), on the 5th of May 2018, we hosted the 2nd webinar to engage trainers community into conversations about the use of 360° assessment in trainers’ work. 15 people joined the webinar online.
This time we met with Mara Georgescu and our Guild’s member Yuliya Stankevich to learn from their experiences of 361º assessment that was implemented during the long-term training for trainers course ‘TRAYCE’.
Mara Georgescu works as a senior project officer at the EU-CoE youth partnership. Previously Mara worked in the field of youth in different capacities: as a local youth worker and human rights educator, as project officer and trainer in civil society organisations and in the Youth Department of the Council of Europe as educational advisor. She will share her experience of implementing 361º assessment from the perspective of an educational advisor in the TRAYCE course.
Yuliya Stankevich is a trainer in non-formal education field, runs educational activities for non-profit organisations from Belarus and CIS countries, UN agencies, Council of Europe, international projects within European Union ‘Erasmus+’ programme and other international programmes.
